The recommended maximum length of the ‘vague‘ evaluation report is 30 pages. These 30 pages must include, in particular, an activity report of no more than 15 pages and a research project of no more than 5 pages. Please ensure that your report clearly focuses on the period under evaluation.

Researchers – CRCN and CRHC
To enable the section to carry out your evaluation, your report must factually and precisely document the following elements:
- Quality, originality, and valorization of research results and scientific output.
- Originality and coherence of the research project, and your ability to implement and develop it independently.
- Scientific leadership, coordination, and management of collaborative or collective scientific projects.
- Contribution to collective activities, including research coordination and administrative tasks at the unit level and beyond.
- Supervision, training, teaching, dissemination, outreach, and valorization of research (Supervision / Teaching / Dissemination / Transfer).
- National and international visibility (invitations to conferences, participation in juries).
- Consideration of the environmental impact of your research project within your research strategy.
Researchers – DR2
To enable the section to carry out your evaluation, your report must factually and precisely document the following elements:
- Quality, originality, and valorization of research results and scientific output.
- Originality, development, and evolution of the research project.
- Training activities (PhD and Master’s supervision), teaching, and research valorization.
- Research coordination: leadership of a team, unit, or research structure.
- Management of research projects or programs.
- Research dissemination and outreach.
- Participation in scientific committees or councils, advisory bodies, and expert activities.
- National and international visibility, scientific dynamism, and mobility.
- Consideration of the environmental impact of your research project within your research strategy.
Researchers – DR1 and DRCE
Standing within the scientific community must be reinforced compared to the previous grade, with greater visibility, influence, and leadership responsibilities, particularly for the DRCE level.
To enable the section to carry out your evaluation, your report must factually and precisely document the following elements:
- Quality, originality, and valorization of research results and scientific output.
- Originality, development, and evolution of the research project.
- Training activities (PhD and Master’s supervision) and career outcomes of trainees, teaching, and research valorization.
- Research coordination: leadership of a unit or team.
- Management of research projects or programs.
- Research dissemination and outreach.
- Responsibilities within scientific committees and councils, advisory bodies, and expert activities.
- Strong and undeniable national and international visibility, scientific dynamism, and mobility.
- Consideration of the environmental impact of your research project within your research strategy.
